Refund Policy & Terms of Service

These terms govern services purchased from SolvingSEO (Luis Cota, Tucson, Arizona). Placing an order means you accept them. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

SolvingSEO provides search engine optimization services, currently offered as Spark (a one-time audit, also available monthly), Current (a monthly retainer), and Olympus (custom scope). What is included is described on the pricing section of this site and in any written scope agreed before work begins.

Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately and is not assumed to be included.

Payment is due in full at purchase and is processed by Stripe. SolvingSEO does not receive or store your card details.

Monthly services renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; a change never applies to a month already paid for.

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.

These are professional services, not products. Work begins immediately on purchase: access review, data analysis, research, and the preparation of deliverables. That time is spent and cannot be returned, and the cost is tied to the work performed rather than to any particular outcome. Delivery of the work is the obligation being paid for.

An exception may be granted at my sole discretion, in writing, and is not a precedent for any other request.

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, contact me before doing anything else. Most concerns come down to something that can be explained, clarified, or revised, and I would rather fix it than leave you dissatisfied. Email infodesk@solvingseo.com and I will respond personally.

You may cancel a monthly service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. You keep access and deliverables through that period. Partial months are not prorated or refunded.

I may decline or end an engagement if the working relationship is not productive, if requested work would be unethical or violate search engine guidelines, or if account access needed to do the work is not provided. In that case you are billed only through the date work stops.

Timely delivery depends on you granting the access requested after purchase, typically Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and responding to questions within a reasonable time. Delays caused by missing access or information extend timelines and do not entitle you to a refund.

You confirm you own or are authorized to act on the properties you ask me to work on.

Search rankings, traffic, and revenue are determined by search engines and market conditions outside my control. No specific ranking, traffic level, or revenue figure is promised, and any example, case study, or projection is illustrative rather than a forecast of your results.

Recommendations are advisory. You decide what to implement, and results depend heavily on whether and how implementation happens.

On full payment, you own the reports, recommendations, and written content produced specifically for you. I retain ownership of the underlying methods, templates, and tools used to produce them, and may reuse them for other clients.

I may reference the engagement in general terms as part of my own portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.

Non-public information you share is kept confidential and used only to perform the work, except where disclosure is legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to these services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before it arose. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, are excluded.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

These terms may be updated; the version in effect when you purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. The date at the top reflects the current version.
